Luis founded Lead Professionals with a vision to offer diverse industry recruiting experience to leading corporations globally as well as robust talent management solutions. Realizing that he could offer something more than previous employers, Luis set out to recruit across multiple industries, hiring the right talent in-house and developing a culture of loyal, honest, hard working talent specialists.
Prior to founding Lead Professionals, Luis worked for RRD Partners, a Manhattan Based Executive Search firm servicing many Fortune 500 Clients. Earlier in his career, he served as Regional Business Development Manager for Florida, Latin America and the Caribbean for Control Solutions International, a global risk management, auditing and compliance firm growing the local presence out of Miami. Luis grew up in the DC Metro area and joined Apex Systems, Inc. early in his career. Apex Systems is the 8th largest IT Staffing firm in the country with revenues over $400+ million. He enjoyed success through his 2 years in the most successful DC Metro branch and was asked to open up a Miami branch in 2005. After successfully launching the branch with 10+ clients and sustainable contracting revenue, he moved on to follow his dream of opening up his own full service recruiting firm.
Throughout his career, several organizations including GEICO, Chevy Chase Bank, Unisys, numerous Federal Agencies including DoD, LexisNexis, Corporate Executive Board, Pitney Bowes and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines have trusted critical placements to Luis and his staff.
Luis graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Business Information Technology.
Luis fundó Lead Professionals con la visión de ofrecer experiencia en la contratación de diversas industrias así como también soluciones sólidas para la administración de talentos a corporaciones líderes a nivel mundial. Al darse cuenta de que podía ofrecer algo más que los empleadores anteriores, Luis se dispuso a contratar empleados de múltiples industrias, empleando a los talentos adecuados para trabajar dentro de la empresa y desarrollando así una cultura de especialistas leales, honestos, trabajadores y talentosos.
