<p>The Customer Analytics &#038; Planning team is responsible for four primary areas:  customer analytics, marketing optimization, marketing operations and campaign and channel analytics.</p>
<p>The successful candidate has a proven track record data manipulation and list development.     This team supports all areas of the marketing organization as well as a broad array of internal departments, including:  revenue management, deployment, hotel operations, guest services, guest experience, contact centers, etc. </p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Marketing Operations (65%):  Responsible for the daily operation, including list pulls, file transfers, data processing, and data quality management etc.  Works with IT organization to help prioritize projects, ensure they are moving through the funnel, challenges are addressed and outcomes are within specification.  Leads UAT projects from marketing team (test scripts, supervises and/or conducts UAT)</p>
<p>Marketing Optimization (15%):  Constructs data/process flow diagrams to visually depict complex processes.  Works with teams throughout the organization to develop detailed understanding of processes outside of marketing’s direct control and to ensure finalized diagrams are accurate (ex:  homepage.com, PVP, sales, etc).  Continually review and make recommendations for the improvement of our processes and technology in order to build a more quantitative and data-driven approach to customer marketing.</p>
<p>Customer Analytics (5%):  Score data with predictive models.  Review results and track changes in model effectiveness.  Maintain and inventory catalog of completed analyses by internal analysts and vendors.  Perform ad hoc analyses.  Discuss analytic insights articulately to internal customers.</p>
<p>Campaign and Channel Analytics (15%):  Consult with Customer Marketing team and vendor(s) to ensure proper test design, appropriate sample size allocated and results methodology for direct and email campaigns are accurate. Share insights and optimization recommendations widely with all internal customers.<br />

Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>•	2+ years of database marketing experience<br />
•	Significant recent experience working with Hyperion, SAS, SPSS and other database analytics tools is a must<br />
•	Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to present concepts confidently, clearly and accurately and to keep others informed and up-to-date. Listens &#038; probes effectively.<br />

The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is primarily responsible for driving Red Bull’s marketing strategies through the management of consumer collecting programs: specifically Wings Teams and Student Brand Managers. In addition, the FMS supports the FMM in the execution of specific Red Bull Athlete and Event projects, maximizing Communications output and fostering relationships with local Opinion Leaders.  </p>
<p>MAJOR ACTIVITIES TO ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF KEY RESULTS AND DELIVERABLES</p>
<p>1.	Wings Team Program<br />
•	Set clear goals together with the FMM to drive trial that engages new users and expands the consumer base.<br />
•	Recruit, train and lead the market Wings Team.<br />

<p>Responsibilities:<br />
•          Customer Analytics:  Develop customer profiles and customer segmentation.  Create predictive and other behavioral models.  Continuously validate and optimize models as well as the customer profiles and segmentation work.<br />
•          Marketing Optimization:  Design, development and deploy pilot programs, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, create business cases and prepare forecasts and related models.<br />

<p>Requirements:<br />
•	10+ years of customer analytics and database marketing experience across online and offline marketing, including integrated marketing measurement techniques as well as strong modeling skills.<br />
•	Demonstrated experience across all four primary areas of focus.  Demonstrated customer marketing understanding from the business perspective as well, including lifecycle and relationship marketing.<br />

<p>Key responsibilities:<br />
•	Responsible for developing strategies and marketing communications for Booked Guests, geared towards educating and up-/cross-selling guests before their cruise.<br />

<p>Requirements<br />

<p>Job Description:</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for the development and execution of customer retention as well as casino customer retention marketing strategies for our client. In this function this position will be responsible for developing a customer segmentation strategy, including customers with propensity to gamble; identifying key customer insights that drive cruising and/or gaming behavior; and developing direct marketing programs that address the different customer stages in the cruise lifecycle. These programs will be designed to generate cruise bookings, as well as to increase onboard revenue, specially, casino revenues, and will have thorough testing plans in order to maximize ROI. The individual in this position will work in partnership with Database Marketing, Agency partners, and Corporate Casino department.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities for this position include:</p>
<p>Formulate and develop a Marketing Plan that contemplates different target segments and different stages in the cruise/gaming lifecycle, with appropriate messaging/offering strategy for each stage/segment. Evolve the existing retention programs to further maximize their ROI.</p>
<p>Responsible for identifying the casino target segment within the our clients past guest Database, develop a segmentation strategy for our client’s casino spenders, and articulate a communications plan to increase bookings and onboard casino spend. Responsible for understanding key performance indicators and campaign metrics in order to constantly optimize program performance. Responsible for campaign creative development; from Agency briefing, to creative approval. Formulate thorough test plans, including tiered offers for accelerated learnings.</p>
<p>Build relationships and work in partnership with Agency Partners, Database and Analytics team, Revenue Management and our client’s Corporate Casino Department.</p>
<p>Requirements</p>
<p>6+ years of direct marketing or loyalty marketing experience. Casino marketing and/or travel customer marketing experience preferred.</p>
<p>Demonstrated experience in development and execution of successful marketing programs, including market research experience.</p>
<p>Demonstrated customer marketing acumen: planning, customer segmentation, messaging, marketing communication, test set up, and analytics.</p>
<p>Strong communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills with hands-on experience with partners, brokers and/or agencies.</p>
<p>Proven leadership skills: ability to articulate point of view and defend it, ability to influence without authority, ability to find creative solutions and sort through challenges to get projects going and successfully delivered/completed.</p>

Deliver local media output for Our client programs, athletes, projects and events.<br />
Outsource media-related activities to the right market experts and freelancers as needed to maximize the communication outcome.<br />
Build solid relationship with local media outlets including general market, key scene focused and campus media (TV, radio, print, web and new media).</p>
<p>3. Consumer Collecting: Wings Team and SBM Program<br />
• Through effective leadership of Field Marketing Specialists:<br />
i. Ensure the Wings Team Program engages new users and drives trial to expand the consumer base.<br />
ii. Drive distribution and visibility at and around campus in close collaboration with the area sales team.<br />
iii. Collaborate with sales counterparts on the best strategic employment of Wings Team Sales Drives.<br />

This candidate will be on diving into bleeding edge technologies and that can handle hardcore, get it done hours and lifestyle. This role is an integral part to the success of the company and requires a 24/7 position and reports to the CTO.  </p>
<p>Job Duties:<br />
• Server Administrator with deep hosting experience to manage ongoing projects (configuration, rapid deployment) for performance marketing trial advertising firm<br />
• Understanding cause effect from projects being worked on. The core business focus is not necessarily volume but effective server configuration and rapid deployment.<br />
• Ensuring 24/7 uptime and scaling of projects<br />
• Develop detailed technical specifications<br />

<li><span lang="en">Coordinate within the civil discipline performing grading and drainage. Preparation of grading plans and sections; design and layout of plan and profiles for open and closed drainage facilities; design and specification of water quality inlets, sand filters, drainage system elements, stream channel stabilization; significant use of digital Terrain Models and InRoads.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en">Must be able to adhere to the office safety and quality control requirements.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span lang="en"> Qualifications:</p>
<p>In addition to basic job knowledge described in the Position Classification:</span></p>
<ul>
<li><span lang="en">Proficiency in Microstation and/or InRoads.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en">Ability to apply new project procedures for CAD protocol and file control.</span></li>
<li><span lang="en">Development of drainage design may include use of HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, TR-20, TR-55, Flowmaster and/or Colvertmaster. Profiency level required ranges from intermediate to expert. </span></li>
<li><span lang="en">Familiarity with Virginia Stormwater Handbook , Virginia Erosion and Sediment Control Handbook and WMATA Design Criteria is required.</span></li>
